Danny Shternfeld is a litigator whose practice focuses on commercial and employment litigation. He has broad experience in state and federal courts, as well as in AAA andFINRA arbitrations. He has successfully represented clients in disputes involving partnership issues, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, theft of confidential information and trade secrets, and various business torts, as well as in internal investigations concerning alleged federal and state securities law violations.
Before joining DPK in October 2011, Danny worked as a litigation associate at Fulbright & Jaworski, where his practice focused on complex commercial contract, white-collar criminal investigation, real estate, and bankruptcy matters.
