Appellate work has always been a core practice for Dewey Pegno & Kramarsky. We frequently represent companies and are hired by some of the best known law firms in New York to appeal cases. Our matters have been before the United States Supreme Court, many Circuit Courts of Appeal, the New York Court of Appeals and Appellate Divisions.

An adverse ruling from a trial court is unfortunate, but it doesn’t have to be devastating. An effective appeal can make all the difference. We are often asked to look at a case anew, to take over an appeal and turn things around.
